LEICESTER'S TITLE MIRACLE

In the 2014/15 season, Leicester found themselves back in the Premier League. Unfortunately they found themselves well off the pace of England’s top flight division. With 9 games to go, they were at the bottom of the table and written off to get relegated. However with 7 wins from their final 9 they pulled off the ‘Great Escape’ and would live to fight another season.

The next season (2015/16) would not only eclipse the success of their ‘Great Escape’, it would become one of the greatest stories in sports ever. No-one would predict that Leicester captain Wes Morgan would be lifting the trophy at the end of the season. Well…almost no-one.
